Welcome to Teamgrid Solutions Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

  2. 2. Services

    We provide custom web development, mobile application development, WordPress solutions, and back-office outsourcing services for international clients.

  3. 3. Engagement and Payments
    • Work is carried out on a milestone or monthly basis.

    • Invoices are raised after milestones are achieved or on recurring cycles.

    • Payments must be made as per invoice terms.

    • In most cases, we do not take upfront payments. If a deposit or upfront fee is collected, our Refund Policy (below) applies.

  4. 4. Refunds
    • In most cases, we do not charge or take upfront payments.

    • If a deposit or advance payment is collected, refunds are available only when services have not been utilized.

    • If a client is dissatisfied, they must notify us immediately to discontinue the work.

    • We will:

    • Issue a refund for any remaining unused hours (if prepaid).

    • Stop billing immediately (if milestone/hourly billing is ongoing).

    • There is no refund for time, work, or hours already completed.

    • Payment gateway charges and administrative fees are non-refundable.

    • Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

  5. 5. Intellectual Property
    • Deliverables remain our property until full payment is received.

    • After payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client (excluding third-party/open-source components).

  6. 6. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of engagement.

  7. 7. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or opportunities.

  8. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

  9. 9. Updates

    We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
